Pro Forma Project
In my real estate finance course I was given information on a commercial property and tasked with creating a pro forma in excel in order to evaluate the profitability of this property.

Equity & Capital Markets Project
For this project I was asked to examine four stock market indices. Once I gathered a specified period of data I was able to find both arithmetic and geometric averages as well as the future investment value based upon each index's movements. Lastly I was tasked with finding how each index varied in relation to the others.
